Handling products that are sensitive to static is where Shuttleworth has the experience and products to support your needs.

Shuttleworth’s unique low backpressure conveyor and our experience in special material manufacturing make our systems ideal for ESD sensitive environments. We manufacture and use two types of roller material for this application. Conductive rollers are used to keep static from getting to the products being conveyed, and static dissipative rollers are used when drawing the static out of the product when being conveyed.
Products that fit this need typically are printed circuit boards, engine control modules, and other various electronic components.
