The Standard SmartFeed® provides low back pressure accumulation ahead of packaging equipment that has its own automated indexing.
The Gated SmartFeed® accumulates product at a pneumatic stop that synchronizes the release of one product at a time into a flighted delivery system or bucket delivery system at a maximum of 80 products per minute.
The High Speed Gated SmartFeed® operates in the same manner as the Gated Smartfeed® but uses an electronic actuator in place of the pneumatic stop to synchronize product at a maximum of 120 products per minute.
The Multi-packer Smartfeed® with its quick adjust guide rails and product brakes, has the ability to create multi-packs in a variety of different configurations.
The Servo Smartfeed® conveys the products back to back in a continuous running buffer zone. A servo zone then pulls a gap that is equal to the desired pitch on a belted, flighted, or bucketed infeed, senses and corrects the placement of that product, and delivers it onto the packaging machine.
