Shuttleworth Unveils RallyTrak™ and RallyTrak Rx™ Accumulation Tables Ahead of Pack Expo 2025

HUNTINGTON, IN., September 15, 2025 – Shuttleworth is proud to announce the launch of RallyTrak™ and RallyTrak Rx™, two new accumulation table systems engineered to maximize throughput, reduce product damage, and improve line efficiency across a wide range of industries.
Built on Shuttleworth’s legacy of gentle product handling and accumulation expertise, the RallyTrak product line offers a reliable and flexible solution designed to keep lines moving while maintaining product integrity. The RallyTrak is tailored for food, beverage, and consumer goods applications, while the RallyTrak Rx is engineered specifically for pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments, using sanitary construction and materials suited for regulated industries.
RallyTrak tables utilize multiple strands of interlaced plastic chain to create a dynamic accumulation surface. This configuration provides consistent movement and near-zero back pressure, allowing for gentle, non-contact product accumulation. The RallyTrak is ideal for lines with inspection, filling, labeling, or cartoning processes.
