Pushers

Shuttleworth pushers are used to control or maneuver products within the conveyor line. Typically used to transfer products from one conveyor to another, pusher devices can also be used for indexing, laning, braking, lifting, orienting and pattern forming. Pushers enable the lateral transfer of material at an angle of 90°onto another conveyor or lane.

Our pushers are pneumatically or servo controlled. Pushers can be designed to be mounted within the surface, below, overhead or side-mounted. Shuttleworth pushers can be also be designed as a shear face pusher, paddle or grid, dependent upon the application.
