Low-Profile™ Conveyors

The Shuttleworth Low Profile™ Conveyor is the ergonomically-friendly solution for assembly, test, inspection and packaging workstations, allowing operators to be comfortably seated while working directly on the conveyor surface.

Using Slip-Torque™ technology, this low profile conveyor has a shallow depth and completely enclosed drive mechanism. The Slip-Torque™ technology uses the coefficient of friction between the rotating roller surface shaft and the loose fit rollers to control the driving force of the product. Size and weight of the product determine the driving force and roller selection. When the products accumulate, the rollers beneath the accumulated products slip to avoid jamming, scuffing and shingling.

The Low-Profile conveyor is ideal for the food & beverage, automotive, healthcare & pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.
